is a San Francisco Bay Area based appraisal firm incorporated in California in 1987. We specialize in the appraisal of all types of machinery and equipment for a variety of purposes. Our appraisal group has a combined total of over 50 years of appraisal experience and includes senior members of the American Society of Appraisers, the world's oldest and most recognized multi-discipline appraisal organization.

We have provided professional appraisal services for numerous commercial, industrial, and institutional clients and have extensive experience in many industries including manufacturing, computer, food processing, health care, biotechnology, electronics, and others. Our services have been performed throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Our appraisals comply with the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as adopted by the Appraisal Foundation and the Code of Ethics developed by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
